We understand that you could sometimes buy something thinking that it is exactly what you wanted, but it turns out not to be. In such an instance, we accept returns as long as it’s in its original condition, and subject to the terms below.
- Valid proof of purchase (receipt/order number) will be required.
- The merchandise for exchange is in its original condition.
- The merchandise is returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The value of the replaced merchandise will be equal to the purchase price of the exchange/claimed article as mentioned in the receipt irrespective of the current price of the item being exchanged/claimed article.
- Defective merchandise will be considered, provided the damage is not as a result of excessive wear, negligence or non-compliance to cleaning instructions on the item label or wrong usage.
- The following items cannot be exchanged; undergarments (boxers, briefs, pants, stocking, vests, camisole), socks, pajamas, swimming costumes, bikers, handkerchiefs, leggings etc
Once you have submitted your return request, we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange retrieval.
Once your product is retrieved a quality check will be done to verify the issue and within 72 working hours a confirmation will be provided to ascertain if the item shall be repaired or replaced.
Please note that the products in your possession are your responsibility until they are picked up by our courier or you have dropped them off at any of our shops. Any product that is not properly packed or is damaged will not be eligible for a return, so please take proper care of the products you might want to return.
